In ancient myths, it hides in a sacred place — the valley of myth, the source of civilization.

一、重建
1. Reconstruction

我重建了這個——神話中最古老的樂器。
I reconstructed this — the most ancient instrument of myth.

那隱藏在人類起源神話——伶倫造律——中不可否認的原理。
The undeniable principle hidden in the origin myth of humanity — Ling Lun's Law Making.

傳說在黃帝時代，一個叫伶倫的人，奉命制律。他去了崑崙山，截取了竹子，製成了十二根竹管。這十二根竹管發出的聲音，就是後來中國音樂體系的基礎——十二律呂。
Legend has it that in the era of the Yellow Emperor, a man named Ling Lun was ordered to create musical laws. He went to Mount Kunlun, cut bamboo, and made twelve pipes. The sounds produced by these twelve pipes became the foundation of later Chinese music — the Twelve Pitch Pipes.

很多人以為它只是個故事。
Many people think it is just a story.

但1986年，考古學家在河南賈湖村，挖出了三十多支用丹頂鶴骨頭製成的管狀物。
But in 1986, archaeologists excavated more than thirty tubular objects made from red-crowned crane bones at Jiahu village, Henan province.

九千年前的人，沒有金屬工具，沒有現代測量儀器。在粗細不一的鶴骨上，開出了精確到5音分的音孔。
People nine thousand years ago, without metal tools or modern measuring instruments, bore tone holes on crane bones of varying thickness with precision down to 5 cents.

伶倫造律不是神話。賈湖骨律就是證據。
Ling Lun's Law Making is not myth. The Jiahu bone pipes are the proof.

它揭示了文明起源的奧秘。
It reveals the mystery of the origin of civilization.

二、音階的起源
2. The Origin of Musical Scale

在山谷中，我為你製作了一支樂器，它叫太律。
In the valley, I made for you an instrument called Tai Lu.

它是一根竹管。
It is a bamboo pipe.

但它不只是一根竹管。
But it is more than a bamboo pipe.

它隱喻了一種古老、特殊的調音方式——一種特殊的音階排列順序。
It is a metaphor for an ancient, special tuning method — a particular sequence of scale arrangement.

如果你按照這種方式來調節你的樂器或你的歌聲，這將對你整個的生命存在，起到非常重要的作用。
If you tune your instrument or your singing in this way, it will play a very important role in your entire existence.

這不僅僅是提高身體振動的頻率和精確。更重要的是——以螺旋向上的時空秩序來理解我們的存在——一切萬有的振動系統。
This is not merely about raising the frequency and precision of bodily vibration. More importantly — it is to understand our existence through a spiraling-upward order of time and space — the vibrational system of all that is.

三、激活
3. Activation

賈湖人為什麼要用丹頂鶴的骨頭來做骨律？
Why did the Jiahu people use red-crowned crane bones to make bone pipes?

丹頂鶴的氣管長達1.6米，可在胸骨內盤旋三周，好似一把彎曲的長號。其聲音可遠傳三千米以外。
The red-crowned crane's trachea can reach 1.6 meters, coiling three times within the sternum, like a curved trombone. Its call can travel over three thousand meters.

《詩經》裡說：鶴鳴於九皋，聲聞於天。
The "Book of Songs" says: "The crane cries in the deep marsh, its voice is heard in heaven."

鶴的叫聲，能傳到天上。
The call of the crane can reach the heavens.

賈湖人懷著崇敬的心情，選用丹頂鶴的尺骨製作骨律，模仿鶴鳴通天的姿態。
With reverence, the Jiahu people chose the ulna bones of red-crowned cranes to craft bone pipes, imitating the crane's posture of singing to the sky.

他們不是在製造樂器——他們是在製造連接天地的工具。
They were not making musical instruments — they were making tools to connect heaven and earth.

太律，就是這種工具的延續。
Tai Lu is the continuation of this kind of tool.

使用太律山谷中的音樂，以激活我們大腦中，那融合了有意識和無意識的數據流的那部分，使有意識大腦能夠捕捉到一個非常強大的數據流。
The music of Tai Lv Shan Gu activates the part of our brain that fuses conscious and unconscious data streams, enabling the conscious mind to capture a very powerful data flow.

In the human brain, there is a part called the thalamus-cortex system. The Tai Lu music of the valley activates this specific part in a certain way — a tiny functional cluster that expands higher-order consciousness.

These are the neural coordinates of consciousness, belonging to higher-order reasoning — useful for scientific exploration, mathematics, and general problem-solving.

四、跨越時空
4. Across Time and Space

This ancient musical sequence once made great contributions to the enlightenment of human civilization in human history.

所有古老的智者、祭司和古老的醫者，都曾經使用這種音樂原理。
All ancient sages, priests, and healers once used this musical principle.

古老的聲音傳統的智者、印度的吠陀智者、希臘的畢達哥拉斯、美洲的古老實踐者——他們看起來散落在不同的文明裡，互不相干。
The sages of ancient sound traditions, the Vedic sages of India, Pythagoras of Greece, the ancient practitioners of the Americas — they appear scattered across different civilizations, seemingly unrelated.

但如果你把它們放在一起，你會發現：它們全部指向同一個源頭。
But if you place them side by side, you will find: they all point to the same source.

但它不是古老的誦念或吟唱。
But it is not ancient chanting or singing.
